England Hockey has created a quick pulse survey on your season and your views on the game and your club. It will take no more than 4 minutes to complete.

Some questions have been taken from the More Inclusive Sport Survey in 2021 so we can compare results. England Hockey wants to understand where we can make things better for more people in the game.
In the second part we also will be asking some questions about you, it is anonymous, and we are only analysing aggregated results - not individual answers.

There will be the option to enter a prize draw at the end as a thank you for completing the survey. This is optional and won’t be connected to our data analysis.
