As we prepare for an exciting new chapter, working towards our new home and pitch, we're building a strong volunteer team to support our club's bright future. This is the perfect time to get involved and help shape what comes next!

We're currently seeking passionate individuals for ONE key role:

? Secretary - The Club's Communication Hub

What You'll Do:
•⁠ ⁠Be the principal administrator and main point of contact for the club
•⁠ ⁠Manage correspondence and distribute to relevant officers
•⁠ ⁠Prepare meeting agendas and keep minutes
•⁠ ⁠Ensure all members receive important club information and updates, working with the PR, Social Media and Comms Officer

Time Commitment: Approximately 2-4 hours per week MAXIMUM. Generally it’s no more than an hour !(flexible timing). Now the season has started it’s less!

There is a virtual meeting once every 6/7 weeks which would need minutes preparing. We have an AI tool that captures so it’s a case of copy, paste, review and send. Outside of that it’s fielding a few emails and distributing to the relevant officer.
